dkaushik.career@gmail.comNexFlow picks up your business phone when you're busy, after hours, or on the weekend. It talks with the caller, figures out what they need, and puts the appointment right on your Google Calendar. We built it for HVAC, plumbing, locksmith, and other home service businesses.
Example phone call: a driver locked out of their car calls a locksmith. NexFlow answers the phone, checks that nobody is trapped inside, asks for the vehicle details, and books an 8:30 PM appointment on the shop's calendar.
Most people who need a contractor won't sit around waiting for a callback. If nobody answers, they usually just try the next number on Google.
It happens more than you'd think. You're under a sink, it's 9 at night, or you're already on the phone with someone else. Put in your own numbers and see what it adds up to.
That's roughly $43,680 over a year.
We do the setup for you. You don't install anything, and your customers still call the same number they always have.
We meet with you or hop on a call to learn your hours, the services you offer, and the questions you always ask customers.
We give you a phone number set up just for your business. Forward calls to it after hours, on weekends, or any time you can't get to the phone.
While it's on the phone, NexFlow checks your calendar and books an open slot. The event includes the customer's name, number, address, and what they need.
If you already have someone answering phones, keep them. NexFlow is there for the calls that would otherwise end up in voicemail.
Who it's for
Before it books anything, NexFlow works out how urgent the call is. You tell us what counts as urgent for your business, and it goes by that.
For example, a kid locked in a car or someone who smells gas.
It tells the caller to hang up and call 911. It won't book an appointment.
Lockouts, no heat in the middle of winter, a burst pipe.
These get the first open slot that same day. It also asks the questions your tech will need answered before showing up.
Tune-ups, rekeys, estimates, and other work that can wait a few days.
It books the next open time that works for the customer.
There are a few things we keep it away from on purpose.
We set everything up at no cost to you. Use it for two weeks and see what it books. If it's worth it, we'll go over pricing together. If it isn't, you don't owe us anything.
2 weeks free
No card needed and no setup fee.
We're Deepanshu and Aditya, two brothers who run NexFlow ourselves. There's no call center on our end. If you get in touch, you'll hear back from one of us.

No, your business keeps your phone number. After business hours, on weekends, or when you know nobody will be able to pick up the phone, you forward calls to a custom NexFlow phone number that is personalized for your business. You can turn it off at any time, and the calls will ring straight back to you. Nothing about your current setup is impacted.
NexFlow's integration is currently optimized for Google Calendar. During the call it reads your open slots, so it never offers a time that you don't have. Each booking shows up as a live event with the caller's name, phone number, address, and a short description of the problem. If you block off a slot, NexFlow's bots won't book over it.
NexFlow's bots listen for danger first. If someone's safety is at risk, such as a child being locked in a car or the smell of gas, it tells the caller to immediately hang up and dial 911, and it books nothing. Urgent jobs like a lockout or no heat get the earliest open slot that day. Routine work gets scheduled normally. You set which jobs count as urgent for your trade.
By default, no, but it can be personalized to fit your business's charges. NexFlow's bot focuses on taking the job details and booking the slot, then pricing is typically your call. A caller never gets a number that isn't explicitly approved by you.
To set up your personal NexFlow phone number, we do the work for you. It starts with one short conversation about your hours, services, and the questions you always ask. We build your personalized receptionist from that information and have it answering for you within 3-5 business days. You don't need to install anything.
We charge no upfront cost or card. We set it up, and then you watch what it books for two weeks. If it's earning its keep, you get moved to one of our pricing models. If not, you walk away and owe nothing.
Send us a message about anything you're unsure of. If you already know you want to try NexFlow, book a setup call instead and we'll get you started.
Deepanshu and Aditya both got it. You'll hear back within 3 to 5 business days.
